  • ok here come the questions..

i know it's logical to start off with bbs and smith machines but when the time comes to change things up how well do DBs work in this type of training. I know In-Human told me before that bb and machines work best. also, i hear if you do decide to go with DBs you need to go for higher rep range?

last thing. i know compound movements work best, but i can only think of a couple compund movements for let's say... tris. will iscolation movements be sufficient enough in this situation...btw im using MOSTLY compound movements, except i have 1 iscolation movements for tris and i think all for bis

We try to keep DBs for shoulder work or bicep work but stick with heavy compound movements for the exercises, if we go DBs for chst or shoulder we try to go high reps 15-30RP.

Triceps, Close Grip Smythe Press, Reverse Bench Smythe Press and Skulls or Lying EZ Curls...

JM presses on the approved triceps exercise list? Those seem to work it pretty hard for me.

You can do J Presses but Skulls and Lying EZ Curls will do just fine...

I have at least three different size chains I carry into the gym with me to chain DBs onto stacks all with a clasp on them, the other night just for fun we chained plates to the back of the weight belt for Rack Chins and it worked great, the dips it hurt to much...
