I try to eat real food, I save shakes only for pre and post and if I am in a hurry, hell I can make 20 lbs last 1 month, I like food...Comment

I just use it for post workout or when I'm traveling (for convenience). I've found that powder is not really a substitute for eating real food. I actually seem to get fat when I use protein powder as a staple - I believe it's cause your body absorbs it too easily. Your body metabolism seems to increase to digest real food which absorbs at a different rate than protein powder.

i go through five or six pounds in a month. i am currently poor as shit and i prefer eating food so its usually just pre/post workout for meIt is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.Comment
