  • stomach pain after eatting

    lately, after a fairly big meal my stomach just kills me. its so uncomfortable i cant eat anything the rest of the day. now i can normally eat like a fool but i just cant get the food down anymore. i tried acidophilus, and that helped with the bloating and gas, but im kind of lost as to how to get my gut health back to normal so i can pound the food again.

    any help would be great.

    Is it problems with any food in particular or all food?

          Is this dealing with your post-workout meal, if so get used to it, I think a lot of people including myself, experience some discomfort with there stomach sticking out and bloated after a meal like this.

            mostly after a high protein meal. my postworkout meal was a bitch at first but im ok now. and i hardly have any dairy, just yogurt.

              I used to have incredible pains like that in the evening, but I discovered it was due to bad quality whey of which I consumed quite a bit during the entire day.

                I was having the same problem. I think my body was in overload dealing with digesting all the protein. Here is what I found works. Take some metamucil with your meals. It gives you the fiber you need to keep your digestive track flowing.

                    i went 7 times yesterday. this training really is hell on your insides

                      about 5 times actually,,, lol usually I clear my pipes out about an hour after each meal. It keeps things flowing and allows you to eat more.

                            the metamucil will allow you to eat more for sure, it is an adjustment at first though.
