Well I been DC training for about 3 weeks now and been turing myself into a human blast furnace with food. Lately I've been feeling really bloated, and my belly sticks out, something I knew was going to happen. And its been something hard for me, as I have been a endomorph bodytype. I was doing a search on here for more good stuff to read of Dante's, and I found this link. I wanted to post it up here again because, for me, it really put thing into perspective for me, raise my self esteem that much more, and to just eat, and keep going.

Its amazing what the medai can do to your mind when all you ever see are pics of the pro and other guy ripped, you think there like that all the time. I new they weren't, but I never realized what they looked like in the offseason. Even in there training videos ther awlays don when there in contest prep, never hardcore offseason.
Oh and i'm feeling pretty good after lastnights blast. I got another few comments from some unknown people asking if I will ever compete in anything, or want some advise. Its the little things that can really go that extra mile.
P.S. You guys , all of you on this board are also the little thing that makes me go that extra mile.
better getting going before this gets to sappy or some shit like that.
