Hey guys! I sometimes visit a Norwegian discussion-board for bodybuilding and fitness. I have mentioned extreme stretching a few times, but most of them seem to think this is not a very good idea. They have "read somewhere" that it is / or might be dangerous stretching directly after sets, but they can`t explain why!
I am not sure what I should say to them. Could someone please help me out with an argument against such a statement? Just to "shut them up" !
It won`t help just saying I know stretching would do you good. I need some kind of a logical explanation....
