  • Too much Intensity?

Its like since i started DC Training i have had One Goal--- Killing Every Weight in The Gym!! I get Focused and Ready to Do One Thing, Lift!!

the reason i am saying this is because The Last couple of Weeks People have been telling me that they are afraid to talk to me because i look so Focused and Ready to Kill The Weight (Not in a Psycho Way) just a ready to go "Balls Out" Way so they refrain from talking to me.

the ones who will talk to you are the other big guys, theres only 2 guys in my gym who talk to me, and there bigger then me, and got 15+ years of training on me, lol.

Course I know if I was training in In-Human gym, he wouldn't say hello, he'd just eat my arm, when I'd go to wave.

LOL, IH I wasn't gonna say anything mean bro. Alot of people take me the wrong way on here sometimes. Everytime I've been warned about a post was when someone just took me the wrong way.

wildman - Dude, get used to weird looks in the gym...trust me. Just wait until your first encounter with the must-spot-everyone guy that interrupts all your stretches, LOL

I wish I could not talk between sets. I know to many fucking people and they are always coming up to me and saying whats up, but I do focus when it comes time for my set. Anyway, to the poiunt, it is great that you have found out about intensity. Once you train this way, good old straight sets and volume training seem so panzie ass in comparison.

I have been training at the same gym since '91 when the doors opened so I do know everyone, but they know when I am about to do a set to just shut up and leave...

Inhuman emailed me once and told me how he dissapates this buildup of extreme angered intensity.....he gnaws on a 2x4 between sets and then on legs days he sometimes bites thru the plates (I guess his record is the 25lber, he cant seem to get thru the 35lber yet)

No one ever talks to me in the gym...I wonder why? lol

Luckily, I've only been asked to spot 1 time in the last several months because someone was holding me up on some equipment. I usually keep my head low, and try not to make eye-contact with anyone. lmao. I've had a few random guys comment to my friends/gf about how they've seen me in the gym...and how hard I train. That usually feels pretty good.

My problem is that I OWN the gym, so I have to talk to my customers.
If I don't it's going to cost me ,so I keep smiling

That's why you get a bunch of those "Hazard" stickers and slap one on your forehead when you're training. A 'Do Not Disturb' thingy on your shirt would help too j/k I can't imagine how annoying people are to you even when you are training...
