I get the 500ml cartons of eggwhites from Costo. I Mix them up with my Vege Greens and water in the mornings, and just pound it back. All this of course after I take my whey protein. Whey for quick absorption and then eggwhites for the 2-3 hour absorption. I've read pasteurized is better for absorption and keeping the protein in tact, than fully cooking (citation needed), and a helluva lot quicker for mornings - with no extra dishes to wash. Of course you don't get the fats and and other nutrients from the yolk, so I guess that's one thing you're missing out on. I think it's best to mix it up.
