Hey Guys & Gals,
Im going to start this thread and run it right up to the North Americans...I will try to have updated pics weekly from now until then...As most of you know this is my first shot at a national level show...I really got my work cut out for me, as it looking to be a very tough superheavy weight class...I dont know who's all entering it, but it looks like alot of the guys from the USA's will be making the trip to Cleveland...
As of today (7-19-04) im weighing in at 240lbs...I really starting to take shape, as my upperbody is looking harder each day...My legs are coming in better, but are still holding some water (this is different as my legs are normally come in first) but they are coming in better as the weeks go on...Im looking to lose about 6 to 8 more pounds before I think im ready to do battle...My diet so far has been pretty easy, as im still eating 300 grams of carbs on my low days and up to 1000 on high days (2 days a week)...Cardio is only at 40 mins 5x a week...and Im eating a ton of protein...(up to 600 grams on some days) I cant complain to much as this has been a pretty easy prep so far...Next weekend im going down to St.Louis to see 2wide as it will be time to make some changes in my diet and cardio program...
Got some new pics taken today (7 weeks out)..Changed up a few poses to see how they looked..Let me know what you think...
