  • Okey, that`s it. I quit!

    I`ve had it with DC-training. It sucks big time! Since I startet doing it aprx. 11 months ago, I have only packed on maybe 10-11 pounds of lean musclemass (clean). Jesus Christ man, I had expected at least 30 pounds and maybe be twice as strong..!

    I`m gonna start on a volumetraining rutine instead, and I`ll bet I pack on some serious shitload of beef... you just wait and see!

      Is this a joke? This board has been so positive from the beggining except for a few Rocky incidents but I guess theres bound to be some unbelievers.

        allllright, whatever floats your doodie. You probably are not doing something right. Are you eating enough? That is usually people's number one problem.

          Relax, I was just kidding! Please excuse me if this was out of order. Guess I am just to tired. I gonna go to bed now...

          ...just for the record. I am very happy with both DC-training and my progress. You are right though, I not eating enough. Good night.

                        I know this was joking but let me say it once again--If you weigh 200lbs and-if you were on the absolutely 100% perfected by science bodybuilding training program, if you were on the absolutely 100% perfected by science bodybuilding supplement program, and you were on the absolutely 100% perfected by science bodybuilding gh and steroid program ......and you ate like a 13 year old girl scout....YOUR NOT GOING ANYWHERE IN THIS SPORT MUSCLE WISE
