I`ve had it with DC-training. It sucks big time! Since I startet doing it aprx. 11 months ago, I have only packed on maybe 10-11 pounds of lean musclemass (clean). Jesus Christ man, I had expected at least 30 pounds and maybe be twice as strong..!
I`m gonna start on a volumetraining rutine instead, and I`ll bet I pack on some serious shitload of beef... you just wait and see!
