Arm Growth

I am very jealous of my wife. She puts on muscle in her arms like crazy. Actually she puts it on all over but the arms is more noticable. In her first blast her arms went from 12 1/2 to 13 1/8. This is in only 6 weeks. She eats around 200 grams of protien ED. I will be lucky to put a 1/2 inch on my arms this year. I can't wait for our next blast-we are pushing her protien to around 250-300.

I would divorce here then, lol, just kidding, hey maybe she never worked them hard before and its just a new growth spurt, and remember what DC said long time ago for every 25 lbs of muscle that approximatly 1" to your arms, give or take a few lbs...

Wow. I'm sure she worked hard. Some are just blessed more genetically as to the speed they add muscle I guess. Nice she is able to do that.
