Do you all drink a standard pw drink after doing cardo also, or just after doing weight training?
If not, what do you take in after cardio? Thanks
I eat my normal breakfast, plenty of protein and carbs.

Should probably clarify though... I think most DC disciples have a 30ish gram protein no carb shake first, then eat their normal breakfast after cardio. I've read Dogg say more than once though that sometimes he will have an endo go w/o the pre cardio shake(though last time i said that, I had someone jump all over my ass for it... DC has def said it). I'm probably 75% endo 25% meso, if I'm being hoinest w/ myself, I skip the shake.

dont do the cardio on an empty stomach - have the shake first.
as far as postworkout nutrition for cardio - the cardio isnt intense at all, so you dont need anything big like a postworkout lifting meal. i just have a shake before the cardio (assuming its done in the morning before breakfast) and then eat some solid protein and carbs afterwards.
