            i'm with ya dude, I got 10.5 weeks left, but seeing how your body changes is amazing and worth everyday of torture! plus I'm sort of happy cuz I have a friend brining me some fat free sugar free jello when I get home, and I think I convinced her to bring fat free cool whip..but she knows I can't eat it, so maybe she is planning on wearing it!!

                anywhere from 16-12 weeks depending on how many trips to tacobell I made before hand! is that in your avatar cuz I don't think you need that much advice

                  Yeah, and I am 10 pounds that now, getting ready to rip and compete in a show on Nov. 6th (first one...determined to place)...so I have a layer of fat over that Avitar as we speak. I am 16 weeks out as of Saturday. I took pics at 20 weeks for "before" pics and will have a nice comparison for you guys. My Avitar has me weighing in at 103. I ate chicken and lettuce for 2 weeks straight to cut down that far. Normal BW is 108. I am 117.5 right now; my primary goal is to build mass on my upper body and cut my legs and derrier. Love the challenge. The diet is my frustration because I don't have the science down. I am learning something new each day. This forum helps me tremendously.

                    I know tis is gonna sound sick, but Ive come to like the sensation of hunger after 27 weeks dieting. Im not really hungry that often but when I am , I embrass the hunger....to me its my body cells saying we're going after the fat, and that gets me fired up and makes me actually like the feeling.

                      damn sweaty I thought I was the only one that screwed up, I know exactly what you mean, almost like you feel the fat melting!, then again clen and t3 might have somethingto do witih it!

                            No I did a warm up comp in june and am now getting ready for the SE USA's. I started my diet Jan 23 @285lbs. I weighed in last show 216lbs, this next show in 6 weeks, Im shooting for 198lbs, but I may not be able to get that low.
