Damn I think I need to switch exercises or order of something. My lower back is getting hammered nearly every work out. Eithers squats or deads or stiff legged or any # of other exercieses. Do you guys get that? I mean it has begun to progress into a chronic almost twinge. Sometimes at work if I twist wrong it will give me a stabbing pain. And I can almost always feel a muscle ache in the area. Should I drop deads or just try and switch em around a bit?
