Thats great to help people see something totally different than the norm and really work, you are proof of that.

I hope one of them decides to stick with it and you may get a training partner out of it and really make some more serious gains like you have in the past, good job...

Funny you say that, this week i have to train at 6pm instead of 6am so seeing a lot of ppl I have not seen in a bit, they are all saying wow you adding size, ba ba ba... asking me what i am doing, love the look when i tell them 1 set per muscle group only training 3 days per week ( i used to be 5-6x week). They all look at me like "bullsh$t" . Then watch the routine, especaially had them looking doing the rack chins with 120lbs on my lap.

When I workout after work, I generate interest with this program.

I don't socialize when I'm on the floor, but I do nod to people, smile, ask "what's up?", etc., just to be friendly.

Sometimes I need spot and I want to seem like a decent guy.

The number one thing that intrigues them is DC version of the "Tbar" row from the floor.

"We have a Tbar row right over there," they say, "and nobody's on it; why are you setting up shop in the corner."

To be honest, I think some of these guys think I'm a clown. Screw 'um

Thats a great story man. I just get strange looks from people when I am doing the calf exercises ... otherwise I don't think too many people even pay attention - which is just fine with me.

I have done T-bars off the floor for years, you would really have to do them both ways and compare. But off the floor has a different feeling, for me seems to hit the back extra hard compare to using the T-bar machine, can also handle a lot of weight off the floor, or a lot more with less stress on my lower back. Key is after 5 plates you need someone to put thier foot on the end of the bar, otherwise it will not stay down on floor.

I like the supported t-bar row the best. The regular t-bar I can never get a comfortbale and I feel like I am leaning to far over or back. t-bars are a good exercise!

I never use the T-Bar Machines, I stick the bar right below the Squat rack and let the end of the bar touch the crossmember of the rack on the floor then I put a 80 lb DB over the collar, that way it will not move even going real heavy...

Good idea on the dumbell, i also use the corner of a bench or squat rack to brace the back of the bar.
