  • Pinwheel curls?

    Yeah I have a question about these.

    If your thumb is at the red end and the dumbbell passes close to your stomach/chest would this be about right?

          hammer curl is curled straight out--these are curled inward

            Have done those before. Melvin Anthony does them in his video. i feel them more than a hammer curl. They are nice!

              I agree. I think also you can cheat more on the hammers than on the pinwheel. I go with a lighter weight and work it 'til my brach's cramp up.

                My Forearms have grown so much from Pinwheels and Reverse Cable Curls, and I was never one that thought I needed to work Forearms at all...

                          I seem to remember in the 70s someone use to call Hammer curls Zottman Curls, I am sure someone named Zottman of course and I have never seen Pinwheels til Dante showed me...
