  • What is the last time that I should eat?

    For example: i go to sleep at 23 pm, when should I get in my last meal?

    I think that as long it's not carbs you are eating you can eat any time?

      I would say 22:59

        I think a lot of guy will take in some protein during the night, so the only "cutoff" is with your carbs. This time will vary depending on your schedule.

            I mean something like this, I go to sleep at 11 pm, should I eat at:

            22.59 or
            22.30 or
            22.00 or
            21.30 or
            Blade

                  I like what these guys said...unless you are prone to reflux, then you might want to let it settle just a bit before retiring for the evening.
