3:30 am, you damn sicko LOL
I personally always go at 4 pm.
I prefer training in the evening but its waaay to busy in the gym here then.

I like to workout 11.30am. Its most convenient right now since i wake up late, then just do my thing.

If i had a 24hr gym i'd most likely go at 3am like Heckman. I prefer it when theres no one there. I might start going 6am when theres less people. But i cant force myself to go to bed early and wake up early.

I like to workout around noon... but with my work schedule having me start work at 11:30 - I have to hit the gym around 8:30am ... I'm not a morning person at all, so there are some days I just can't get motivated until I am actually at the gym - other days I am able to get myself psyched up on the ride out there...

How are u able to do that. Ive tried it a few times. But getting myself to bed early. And trying to get up is just ridiculous.

I think maybe if i can get myself to do it for a few weeks my body would get use to it. Like right now i'll go to bed 1-2am and wake up 10am. If i could shift it back so i go to bed 9-10 and wake up 5 or 6 that would be cool.

                    Any tips?

On 03:00pm, I don`t like to train in the morning...I feel dizzy and lethargic when I`m train in the morning, I think because there`s not enough glycogen supply on my muscles...my poundages suffer when I`m train in the morining...so that I can`t receicve maximum overload when I`m train in the morning...so i think [for me], working out in the morning is less productive than working out on the afternoon or night... :2guns:

If I had a choice I'd have to say around 3 or 4 as well. Maybe even 2 but I'm at work so for now I don't have that luxary. Working out right after work has proven to myself just how deidcated I am, cuz man I am just exhausted when I get home.

Afternoon or evening for me. I tried going relatively early for a month and I just couldn't do it.

I have gone in the morning a grand total of once and it was horrible.....poundages down....absolutely PACKED...and general lethargy

Suffice to say I usually work out at around 12 or 1 PM ....but sometimes 3-4 PM

I have always gotten up early. I can't sleep when it is light outside. I've always been that way. So I'm up when the sun rises and I figur I might as well go workout then. I generally only sleep 6-7 hours
