I was just wondering how you came up with this idea. It seems very innovative. I've read studies that said stretching after a workout will help somewhat with recover but not much. However, This kind of stretching seems to go beyond the means of regular stretching.
I started to do these this week and my muscles feel alot better from doing them.
I was just wondering if you always did these? or something you came up with recently(last few years)? and what kind of difference in gains was there before you started doing these and after.
