        Well seriously eat then, LOL! Don't hold anything back, eat eat eat. How many calories are you at a day now? Hell I'm at about 4500-5000 right now and I just got better after the spider bite and I am just maintaining with this much @ 5'6" and 219 *I'll be back up to 230 in a couple weeks * , so I KNOW YOU need to eat more lol.

          Remember though, use some common sense and only add that oil/peanut butter to shakes and pro/fat meals. I know you're smarter than that but it needs to be reminded.

            Please put some time of days there. Your meal timing should allow you more meals.

            Here is what I do

            7am work starts 80 grams Team Skip from trueprotien
            I take my Multi's-caffine-Tribulus then also
            930 roast beef sandwich-50 grams
            1200 2 chicken breasts or 1lb lean washed beef
            300 package of albacore-50grams
            400-V-12 and ephedrine tab
            430 work out
            620 Post work out shake. 75 grams special mix true potien.
            800 Steak
            1030 night time mix true protien 75 grams
            300am when ever I get up to p night time mix true protien 75 grams

                  Seriously though i can Eat Nonstop. (NEVER FULL) (not to be rude or anything but i can probally Out Eat yalls Biggest.)lol.

                        thats not gonna help bro,,, some here drink up to gallon of that stuff,,i just make a big o'pot full of it everyday and take it with me to work,, just like drinking water,, if you aint drinking water drink green tea,, no green tea drink lots of water vice versa,, gonna piss like a race horse,,

                          i hear ya on the Pissing. ALL THE TIME!!! at Work they look at me funny because im constantally running to the bathroom.

                          Ill Make a Huge Pot of It Every Morning and Drink away!!

                            I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference in taste between brands. The thing that I do is get a container that can withstand boiling water that is about a gallon in volume. Put 6-8 green tea bags in it. Boil your water, pour it over the bags and cover to let it steep. I just let mine sit overnight. I usually drink nearly a gallon of it a day, along with atleast a gallon of water.
