I need some help with my supplements. I would like your opinions on when and how to use them in order to get the max effect. I currently use Optimum 100% Whey, Glutamine and creatine. I'm 182 lbs, 45 yrs old. I just started lifting again after 13 year break. My schedule looks like this. I lift on Sun, Tue and Thur. Cardio on Mon, Wed and sometimes on Sat. My daily routine looks as such.
5 am wake
6:15 out the door to work (42 miles one way)
4 pm get off work
5 pm work out
6:15 pm at home finally
Supplements
6 am 2 scoops whey & 5 grams glutamine in 8 oz skim milk
6:15 pm 2 scoops whey, 5 grams glutamine in 8 oz skim milk, and an 8oz glass of grape juice with 10 grams creatine
I have also ordered some pure dextrose sugar so it will be arriving soon.
Help me get this stuff sorted out into a good pre and post workout mix.
