    I seem to be finishing my DC workouts in about 35-40 minutes, should they be lasting longer, or does it not matter?

    You're actually finishing in that small amount of time? With the rest between exercises, I usually take an hour and 15.

      I rest about 2 minutes between exercises.

        As you progress in weight your workouts will go quite a bit longer due to warm up sets...

          With usually 3-4 warm up sets, mine last just a tad over an hour.

              Mines take an hour with my warm ups. Once i begin my quad work again its gonna take slightly longer on leg days. Gonna have to warm up those joints.

              Ive been in and out in 40 mins but i dont get enough rest between sets.

                Mine take 50-60 minutes depending on which exercises are being done that day.

                      Takes me a little over an hour. Maybe a little longer on leg days because of the added warm ups.

                            To be honest I have had up to 4 hour workouts once or twice with a partner for chest days with all the r/p worksets and leg day does go a bit faster with a few straight sets that day maybe 2 1/2 hours for both of us, all those damn warm ups take some time...
