I have gone through my set of exercieses a few times now. When should I think about cruising? I have yet to not improve. Should I just keep going till I can't go up anymore and then cruise or how do you decide?

I go to pieces after 7 weeks. Sometimes I'll reach 8 but rarely. Once I start to feel like crap I pull the plug. If I'm not 100% balls to the wall spitting fire in the gym I dont want to go.
I go with a 2 and a 1/2 week cruise. I like that little bit of extra time off to heal and regroup.

I'm ending week 7 and I believe a cruise is in order for me. Judging from the concensus, that's about the average time frame to blast. 2 weeks is the cruise and back on again. I need the break lemme tell ya. I have been spanking the log book, but I just want to make sure I'm fresh and ready to rock after this "downtime".
Just me though. Listen to your system and do what you need to do, I say!

Ive just hit 6 weeks and I thought i'd make it to 8 but i'm feeling the effects of the blast. Starting to get more tired than usual. But i havent decided whether i'll cruise now or after another week. I'll probably decide after mondays workout.
