Hey guys. Funny I went to bed early last night cause i wanted to be well rested for my session at the gym this morning. I go in, rape the log book. Come out tired as hell. I come home, have my shake, my food and then i jus fell asleep.
I was really tired, my body was having that feeling of tiredeness all over and i closed my eyes and down i went.
I know alot of people take naps in the middle of the day. But for me its quite unusual. Should i be expecting something like this more often? I think i just had my mind set on totally destroying the log book and it took all my strength.
Naps are good but never been my thing. Hope it happens more often.
