    chest- hammer incline presses
    shoulders-Icarian machine overhead press
    tri's-reverse grip bench
    back width-chins
    back thickness-rack deads

    -puke, stretch, then puke again. waddle my ass outta the gym in pain and feed my body!

    Sounds good. I had upper body today too.

    Chest - Hammer Smith press
    Shoulders - Dumbell press
    Triceps - French press
    Back width - Parallel bar pull downs
    Back thickness - Smith deads

    I was pretty much destroyed after this and ready to down a shake and get some food in me.

    Im still beating out all my weights each week, added 20lbs to the hammer smith today, 40-60lbs more to the smith deads. Cant remember exacts. And 10lbs to everything else.

    Look Out Im on fire :angry:

    Need more food though if im going to continue at this pace. I can feel myself struggling just slightly.

        You can actually waddle?, I just call 911, they usually just have an ambulance in the parking lot waiting for me...

          my weights have also gone up each week. esp the hack squat. adding a few more kcals in each week and it is paying off.

                    i'm up 7 pounds so far but i guess i'll have to start eating more to catch up to FH. looks like it's time to head down to the chinese buffet.lol
