Is there any thing wrong with mixing up a shake with milk and whey and storing it in the fridge for a few hours? I get the impression some guys on this board do it. It would make my life much easier.

Man, I've been prepping my shakes the night before and taking them to work the next day! Better stop that..lol.
But can someone explain to me why the denatured protein is bad for you? I figured that the denaturing and breaking of peptide bonds, even into individual amino acids would be okay....Seeing that the protein is not a drug compound that has a signal site in the body where the original protein structure is required.....do we really have to worry about whey protein denaturing into amino acids?? I understand for protein based drugs like HGH but for food even? Hell, everytime we cook meat doesn't it denature....yet we still recieve the nutritional value we're looking for.
Basically it would just be easier to make the shit the night before....lol...so someone please explain to me why I really shouldn't cuz damn I don't want to be missing out on any growth.
