  • new to dc training

    hey all i'm going to start DC training.ive been working out for about a year
    like the masses.

    i weigth 195 @ around 15-17% body fat @ 6'2'' 19 year's old.i want to pack on 20 pounds or so.


    far as the DC i hope i got it right.i red it many times

    chest high incline,low incline,maybe decline or flat

    tri's reverse grip.close grip,skull crushers

    shoulders millatry presses,dumbell press,upright rows


    BACK WIDTH reverse grip pulldown's,chin's,row's
    BACK THICKNESS dead's give me idea's

    BICEPS: preacher bench barbell,barbell curl's,cable curl's
    FOREARMS: hammer curls,reverse grip barb curl's,
    CALVES:
    HAMSTRINGS:
    QUADS sqaut's,front sqaut's

    give me some more exersice's you guy do.

    also i have no idea of what to do for stretches
    help me out here.

    my diet's pretty clean no juck food at all.supp i use protine glut,i did creatine but i did not respond to it.


    give me you input diet ,traing,stretching. :showoff:

    Before asking for advice, please read the Cycle for Pennies thread a couple times, and then the Doog Logg over at Muscle Mayhem.

      Dude,
      You've got good questions but all of them have been answered dozens of times. Like said above, read cycles for pennies and the Dogg Logg at Muscle Mayhem. Yes we all know that they are REALLY REALLY long but we all read them 3 and 4 and 5 times. You should too.

          arimert, No worries, flamming will not happen here, trust me, but please do some searches and everything has been answered at least 5 times, if you do not find it here, please go to MM and check the Dogg Logg, there is some 65 pages of questions, good luck and enjoy your training...

              damn it in human , trying to keep me on a leash or what ? ,, ariment dont think that no one wants to help you its just that some get tired of repeating themselves.. look thru these pages for exercises and examples.. if you cant find the stretches then your not looking hard enough.. they are outlined .
