  • Big legs and Cardio

To all with big legs. How the hell do you do cardio without your thighs rubbing together and getting friction burns? At this point I'm pulling my damn shorts up to my neck causing a serious weggie just so I don't get burns on the inside of my thighs. Should I waddle?

Clemente, Yes but even the XXL don't fit in the thigh, I tried cutting them and re-sewing a V into them on the outside of the thigh, no dice, no fit, and my legs aren't big either...

i have the same problem when i'm on treadmill. you can try two things: baby powder or vaseline. the baby powder creates a smoother surface with less friction. vaseline will act as a lubricant.

whatever you do, just don't use the two together.

I experince the same problem, I have several solutions for ya.

                1. Baby powder all the time, you just have to, no exceptions unless you want a really bad rash from rubbing.

                2. I wear long, non baggy boxer shorts. Try to wear some that form fit your legs, then when your walking your legs will only rub on the boxers and not the skin on your legs.

                3. Wear some baggy sweat pants for comfort over the boxer shorts, so they don't ride up your ass, lol.

And expece to wear out yuor sweat pants and stuff much faster, the crotch always wears away to nothing on all my sweat pants over time, so I generally wear really cheap pants when doing cardio.
