  • Soreness??

As yall know from my Recent Thread, i just Started DC Training. The Last Couple Of Workouts have Been To The Tee, just one Problem.

Ive Been KILLING the Weights, and Streching Like Nobodys Business.

But im not Waking Up As Sore as Im Reading the others are.

I am Usually Sore Right After the Working (RP) or Straight Set, Then i Do the Streches and its like ive Streched the Soreness outta the Muscles?

I Am Eating a Ton, Resting Up, (i know that plays a Huge Role In It) But not Really That Sore the next Day.

If your killing the weights, feeling good about the work-outs, and following the program to a T, don't worry my friend. Don't let soreness be an indicator of whether you worked out hard or not. I have had some of the hardest workouts in my life with DC's training and wake up without a lot of soreness. I would say the biggest reason is the extreme stretching that we do. I really go for a HARD 60 seconds on all the stretches and I find it helps tremendously with recovery. Don't get me wrong, I still get sore sometimes... but just because you aren't doesnt mean you didn't have a good work out.

Just so everyone knows; the symbol means "strength". I figured it was strength or power but looked it up to make sure.
