What do you guys do\eat\avoid on a day to day basis to try and keep your water retention down? I'm not trying to go extreme i'm just wondering if there are some simple things to do or avoid that will help reduce water retention. I'm not too worried about it I would just like to know. thanks

Just avoid excess sodium. Carbs store lots of water, too. I am not too worried about water retention right now...hehe

Diet soda, high GI carbs and anything salty, keep my potassium higher with my other minerals, and more water in more water out...
