Hey guys, I know some of you must be tired of me by now. LOL But I just want to show you how Skip's prep is progressing with me. This past week has been pretty drastic in improvements. I am now 225lbs in the morning. I cut down the sodium that I've been adding to foods and the water started dropping off and sking got tighter. I'm looking forward to a better week this week. You know I'm really nervous but they say anxiety can work good and bad. It's working good for me in this case. Here's an ab shot.
