  • My DC Before and After's

    I started training with DC over two years ago (I believe). I have been up to 260 lbs, both before and after training with him. I have been down on myself for thinking that I have not progressed that much, until I put together these two pics. Right now I am 232, and in the other picture I am 230. I am bigger and leaner at the same weight. I felt these were the best for comparison, because you can have two off season pics at 250-260 with differents amounts of muscle, but its hard to tell when its hidden underneath all that bloat.

    NICE! Lookin' good man, awesome improvements. More vascularity in the arms and noticably bigger... look leaner in the second pic too. Keep up the hard work :showoff:
