  • Mikey's G's Quest to 230lbs.

    Yo bros. I'm 22 yrs old; 5'10" Probably my first post here in IntenseMuscle.

    Here's the scoop, I've been stuck at 200 lbs, strength been slightly increasing or decreasing for that matter... I know...I know in order to fix this simple problem is to eat more! I dont know how many times BigP has told me this.. maybe i need to hear some flames on this thread to get me to chow down :Punch:

    First picture is at August of 2001 (152lbs) lol. others are current at 203.

              i think getting stuck at a certain weight can be a mental thing. eat all day, every day, focus on getting stronger at the big compound lifts and just forget about the scale for a few months. scales just fuck with your mind. shit i havent weighed myself in almost three months

                BigP== Damn right!!

                nemo== I am not too concerned about the "scale" weight- I only weigh myself as an good indicator if I am actually getting "bigger" while weighing in once weekly, it doesn't screw with my head, only pisses me off. But you are right that it has a psychological concept to it- and yes I do need to bump up the core lifts- BigP and I have that exact problem- we can't set a limit.
