    Ok, I never have gotten sore doing the leg press w/ calves DC style yet for some reason, so I decide to venture over to the seated calf machine and try them there. That was this morning. well, I am walking flat footed now and sore as a bitch! Thanks DC! :showoff:

                lol dude it hurts. but theres one thing i wanna say. is it wrong that every time ive done standing calf raises ive increased by 20 lbs?

                lol. wonder if i'll do the same next time. im aiming for it.
