Who here gets regular blood work and if they do do they stop training for a few days prior?
I ask since cleaning out 3 months ago and still supporting a solid 280 plus pound bodyweight I have had blood pulled monthly. (It was 288) but I have dropped the DC training but not the MG eating, training heavy but stopping 2-3 reps of failure in attempt to cruise for 3-4 months and then Dogg it back to 300 and bust it down to 250 for the states-different story getting off topic here.
I got the best insurance in the world but I pay for this stuff outta my own pocket as most DOCs are pricks and deem blood work unneccesary if you ask for it.
I use www.direct labs.com and $89 gives me everything plus the results are mine.
My ? is certain levels in my blood have always been elevated due to heavy training I got blood work from years ago before I even knew what an AAS was but trained heavy and liver and kidney values were elevated somewhat.
I have made a note of it or habit to try and get blood drawn after 2 days rest...but this week I can't afford the time off I gotta train TR-Friday...and blood work is due Friday.
Oh well I'll just check it and see and this blood work anytime I want it is tha bomb I am really learning a lot about my body...without having to go through a doc who's entire conversation after looking at my chart is "YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE IS TOO HIGH AT 135/85"
After stripping down.."WHY are your thighs so swollen?"
