GREEN TEA Extract pills.

Hey,
I can't force enough liquid down my throat as in green tea so I got the caps to supplement my use.

They are from Vitamin World-don't laugh-
315 mg per tablet.
I have been taking 3 3 x a day.

Do they have a diruetic type of effect?
As the last few days when taking them I pee like a race horse....

Yup, definitely have a diuretic effect. I'd start drinking more water. How much green tea were you not able to get down? I know how you feel though, I am drinking half green tea and half water *two gallons total* and I STILL should ideally be drinking more

G, I just didn't feel the core temp go up probably due to the lack of caffine in thems pills.

I could never tell the difference since I go 15 times a day and night, with 3 gallons of fluid I am swimming all day long and night anyway...

I don't feel it has ALL to do with the caffeine, since last time I accidentally got decaf green tea and I still feel my core temp rising pretty well...so I think it has more to do with the actual nature of the green tea itself *i.e. thermogenic properties aside from caffeine*

Decaf did nothing for me at all, I don't waste my time, plus at 295 I sweat just moving my head...

Well christ, why don't you make it strong shit, G I use 6 to 8 bags per 1/2 gallon...

LOL fellas big G is immune to caffeine.
My coffee is made soo strong-or it was-that it would make a FRENCHMAN puke as well as my ICED TEA used to be dark enough it wouldn't reflect light.
IN human is correct thought I sweat just sitting here breathing. LOL

i have tried the caps and i didnt care for them. i usually drink a gallon of green tea a day on top of other drinks and i cant imagine it affecting my eating but thats just me

G, Next time you give blood, ask the nurse to have the lab check your Tea values, I think they would be way of the normal ranges, lol...
