  • I Did It!

    Being beating the log book every workout, but one of my personal goals was to squat 455, well did it today, my heavy set was 455 for 5 reps, bit of a strain in my abs, but nothing major. I did miss 365 for 18 instead of 20, but my LEGS are cashed! Also beat the log book for hams, biceps, so was a great morning.
