Just a quick update on what going on with me...I havnt got any pics up for 10 weeks out, but look for some this weekend...As of right now im holding at 248 and coming down slowly...but, this is by far the leanest I have ever been this far out from a show (at this weight to)...I think in about 4-6 weeks I will be leaner than what I was at the 2002 Jr.nats...Plus, I will be over 25 pounds heavier...After, seeing 2wide at his gym this past weekend...He thinks that I will be able to come in around the 235-237 area...He thought I was right on track and didnt lower my carbs or add any cardio (thank god !!! I hate cardio !!!) Here is how my day is looking...
2:30am get up (yeah, 2:30 am, not fun but working 10 hours days) Take 2 Jacked and go for 40-45 min brisk walk (not real hard, just trying to burn some fat)
3:30 am Meal 1 - 15-20 egg whites/ w 2-3 yolks, 2 packets of Brown sugar oatmeal...(also getting ready for work)
4:00 am Leaving for work...Go to gas station a get some Java
5:00 am Start work (working at Alfagomma, its a Italian company that works with Case/New Holland) Sucks, but its paying the bills and this show...
7:00 am First break- Meal 2, 2 scps. Isolate whey protein (trueprotein brand) with 2 packets of Brown sugar oatmeal...Just mix it all together and microwave it...After this its back to work
9:30 am Second break- Meal 3, 2scps. Isolate whey protein (these are 2 huge scoops) with 1/2 cup of Carboplex or 2 packets of brown sugar oatmeal (yeah I like this oatmeal)
12:00 pm Lunch- Meal 4, 10-12 oz. Chicken breast or White Fish (Cod), with 1 cup of cooked brown rice...Also, mix in some Italian Fat Free dressing for flavor...Diet Pepsi...
2:30 pm third break- Meal 5, same as meal 3 (whey with carboplex or oatmeal) Also, take 2-3 Jacked for workout coming up...
3:30 pm finally done with work, now driving to the gym focusing on the work I have ahead of me...
4:00 pm workout (finally, sometimes im beat after a 10 hour day, but I always make it threw the workout) If its a off day, then im training clients for a few hours...(gotta make that money !!!)
6:00 pm finally coming home to eat !!!
6:30 pm Meal 6, 10-12 oz. Steak or Chicken or White Fish, with 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of Brown rice, and maybe some green veges...After eating im getting my food ready for the next day...while im eating I will get on-line and check out a few boards...
9:00 pm Meal 7, 10-12 oz. chicken breast or White Fish, with some green veges...maybe some Cottage Cheese to (1 cup)...sometimes have maybe 5-6 egg whites...(or sometimes I will just eat all that food, if im really hungry..LOL) One thing I have learned this year, is that im not starving myself, and I think that is part of the reason why im holding on to so much muscle this year...In the past, I just didnt eat enough and would always over diet...
9:30 pm Finally in bed and ready to do it all over again...LOL, Sometimes in the middle of the night I will have a nitro tech bar (im starving)...Im going to have to soon change this, to a real meal or protein shake...(well maybe, its so damn good !!! LOL)
thats what my days consist of 6 days a week (yes, im woking 58-60 hours a week, plus doing personal training) But, you know what im looking my best ever...I cant really complain, because If I wasnt working this much I wouldnt be able to afford doing this show...so I just tough it out, and stay focus on the big picture...yes, im focused and will be making my best showing come September 4th...
