    Well yesterday was the first time it happened.... the log book laughed in my face. Skullcrushers was the exercise.... same weight and I got less reps? Son of a bitch.... hopefully it was just a bad day. Other than that, my back is absolutely killing me... feels like I slipped a disc or some shit. I swear once one thing heals another thing starts to hurt. 1 week and a half left untill my cruise, hopefully that will help me recuperate.... and hopefully I can lift heavy up untill then.

    OK my rant is done. :angry:

      Thats it, your banned, the log book always must die, I thought you knew that.

      It happens once in a while, drop that exercise and destroy the new one...

            Well now that I think of it, Lying Tricep Extentions EZ Curl was the only thing I topped out on, oh and Leg Presses since the Press in the gym only handles so many plates...

              every time I get stuck or regress on something I always find the answer to it is to eat more,,,, lol,,, sounds funny but it works

                    I think maybe if you don't lose exercises from time to time perhaps you're not making challenging enough jumps in weight...

                      Yep..agreed.Sometimes I'll do chest and delts first then train back before coming back to triceps...Seems to give them a little break after all the heavy pressing movements

                        Since my rotators are wore out I go chest, tri then I can bomb shoulders, I need that rest after chest before I can destroy shoulders...
