Had a great morning more personal bests:
Incline barbell press:
Working set: 315 X 7-3-2 (started 1 month ago with 275)
Shoulder press barbell:
245x10-3-2(started with 205 4 weeks ago)
Skull Cruchers:
155x10-4-2(started with 135 4 weeks ago)
Rack Chins (front)
120lbs X 10-3-2(started with 75lbs 4 weeks ago)
Rack Deads
225x10,315x10,405x8,455x5(have never pulled 455 in rack)
I never gotten those kinds of reps with that weight.
Going for 455 for 5 in squats on wed, and 365 for 20reps. Have never done 455.. YET!
