As anyone who reads my posts knows my HPTA is all sorts of Jacked up. It is so bad that I am having a hard time keeping the little man standing-If I can get him to stand at all. That being said I am still gaining size training DC style. Once my boys get going it will be just like a cycle. I think the stretching is making my quads more balanced for sure. I am also staying the same bodyfat-and that is a feat with the test of a 95 year old woman.
My wife on the other hand is blowing up. She trains balls on the floor every time. Her quads are getting a noticable sweep when she is just standing. I have also noticed improvements in her back. We are loving the training-although she is not overly fond of all the food.
