    hey guys im having trouble with my diet, it seems that if i dont eat that much carbs i dont grow... but i stay leaner, so maybe i should eat more fats? could someone give me a good diet to follow on my next blast thanks

    Well, first thing we're gonna cut is no more alcohol on Monday nights....LOL
    Jeez bro, even i can make it to Tuesday at least before getting blitzed....

      You being a rockyIII, just kidding =]. Follow DCs diet advice and you won't have a problem. Use the carb cut off times and use the shakes with the oil and do cardio on off days. Can't get much harder can it.

            LOL yes... everyday was a friday for me too first semester of last year... then I woke up one day and POW, 25lbs of fat later...lol, fun while it lasted though. Took the whole second semester to undo the damage

                        some basic rules to follow

                        2x you body weight in protein
                        dont eat carbs the last 4 hours before bed time
                        dont mix high carb meals with high fats
                        get at leat 100 g of carbs in post workout no matter what time that is
                        eat 5 to 7 times daily

                            I take it this advice is for bulking...

                            Just keep the carbs clean bro, complex. Only simple carbs after workout.

                            Yes, add some healthy fats too.

                            If you are afraid of putting on fat, add some cardio in there. But EAT EAT EAT...don't neglect carbs OR fats.
