Yet another new member....

I lurk at all the usual boards, have lurked here since the begining.

Currently am 6ft and hover round 230lbs, with I'd estimate high single digit bf%

My handle Nferno, I am sure most can figure it, I sweat my ass off 24/7 aka inferno.
