Okay I dont know why I am posting this but this is me about 3 months ago fat and bulked up at about 270 to 275. I have dropped about 20 lbs or so since then but I dont have any newer pics yet. I would have shown the front half but I dont want to scare everyone with my gut,,, lol. Flame away!!!!

Can't complain about that progress, you have done an outstanding job! The difference in thickness is amazing... and it looks like your BF isn't even that much diff between the pics. The legs, arms, back... are all doubles in size. Keep up the hard work Bigp i'm glad we have mods around here that practice what they preach
