  • Grip for bench and shoulder press?

    Which grip does DC advise to use when doin incline presses or for shoulder presses? Right now i go about 2 thumb lengths from the line, which is decently wide. Lookin for more overall chest thickness, mostly inner chest though.

    TooPowerful4u, DC likes us to go wide on Inclines like maybe 4-6" wider than shoulder width, you do have to find a comfortable spot especially if you have bad Rotators.

    Now for Shoulder Press I like to stay square, everything at a 90 degree angle like square like a box so to speak...
