ok ill admit i went and checked out that site (inhuman please dont ban me) i skipped thru the link and went to the exercise forum skimmed thru a couple of pages and damn ive never seen so many dumb questions, i remeber when this fued was going on about the smith machine.. i looked at every other post and it was about how to work out while injured ? never seen so many posts about injuries and so many seem so young.. kids are taking advice from kids.
