    I left InHuman a question on creatine somewhere in one of the posts......but it's probably lost somewhere. Question to anyone.....InHuman mentioned about taking in 10-15 g. creatine-post. Does it matter how much you weigh? I'm only 116-119 lbs. do I take less? Currently I'm taking in only 5 g. pre and post.

          IslandGirl, Sorry if I missed you, I might have been eating and reading the board and didn't see you, sorry.

          I would say for your weight 5 grams post workout only, no need to load or have it daily, it does suppress appetitie, and can give you a full felling...

            InHuman. For my pre creatine. I been taking this Creatine serum (I know sounds weird huh! hee.hee.) and I only have a little letf....so I'll just take it and not order more? Thoughts?

              IslandGirl, I do not beleive in liqiud creatine, I think that it can not be suspended yet, so you should go with a micronized pure monohydrate no sugar added like true protein has. I like to add ALA in caps when I take my creatine too...

                The serum is bullshit, Ive read a test somewhere, it had too much creatinine and too less creatine. And its fucking expensive

                  IG,

                  At your body mass, 5 g post-workout of the powder and you're good to go. Trueprotein.com is a great place to get it.

                  There are several studies showing essentially 100% absorption of Cr-monhydrate powder - no need for "serum."

                    Thanks guys! I won't buy anymore serum. *blushing

                    I have tried the creatine by Nutrex;it's sugar free, but it didn't mix very well. Once water hit the powder you had to shake it up pretty vigorously and it still stuck like glue and was all clumpy! Does the true protein creatine mix nicely?

                      IslandGirl, It does mix fast, but it will settle if you let it sit to long, I like to mix my dosage with 4 oz grape juice and down it instantly, post only...

                            IG I concur with the others. I weight 225 and I take 10g of the white stuff usually with just water after my workout.
