I'm just throwing this out there. In no way am I second guessing this program. I think it is great (as long as you can eat enough to have good enough recovery).
According to HIT and DC's thread on training, as a person grows continuosly stronger and bigger it takes more time to recover. they will need to exercise less or increase time between workouts.
Just wondering if some of you extremely massive guys would be able to make more pronounced gains or continue your blast phases for a longer period on time if you added an extra day between workouts. What do you guys think about this?
