    Hey guys, I began reading about dc a few months ago jsut before I decided to start dieting. I'm 19 years old, about 5 9, weighing about 180 lbs and have been bodybuilding for about two years. In these few months I've been doing dc training I have gotten thicker and stronger while dieting and things are going really well. I'm planning on bulking up in a week and gain some serious mass.

    This board motivates me seriously a lot and I plan to stick around with you big guys to expand my knowledge in bbing.

    I know I'm not even close to the size of most of you guys who got many years of experience but I will be getting bigger and results have been amazing. Most of y'all are grow men with huge fuckin everything , damn big bois...

    So here are two pics I thought I'd just post.

        Looks like you've got good genetics and a great frame to hang a lot of muscle off of.I know that a lot of us 30something guys wish we'd had access to some of this information when we were your age so take advantage of that brother.Hell, there's even guys well into their fifties gaining on DC training in here...(IH)

          FI, I'm very thankful I started reading and learned about DC. This is by far the greatest thing I've done and read. I will take as much advantage as I can and continue to learn and grow. Thanks for the compliments.

              Richard85, I didn't really count calories but I know my body very well.
              I was supplmenting with rala/greentea/alcar/ephedrine/caffeine(anarchy stack w/o the cla).
              I switched up week by week and did high protein mod fat low carb, or high protein med carb low fat. overall I felt alot better doing the high protein med carb low fat diet. I think I stayed inbetween about 2200-3000 cals. With the DC training I walked 4 x a week on the thread mile on an incline for 45min. The last week I did some ellipitical cardio for about 30 min 4x.

              A sample of a day on my diet would be something like this.

              walk on 20 g whey, 10g glutamine, 15g dex

              meal 1: sliced roasted beef ,1 cup oats

              meal 2: 25 g dex, 20 whey, 10 g glutamine peptides, bcaas

              workout

              meal 3: 45 g dex, 40 g whey, 10 g glutamine peptides, bcaas

              meal 4: either 10 egg whites or a chicken breast, veggies

              meal 5: egg whites or chicken breast with 1 spoon high lignan flax oil

              meal 6: roast beef slices or a whey shake with water and 13g lecithin powder

              meal 7: night protein shake formula with water/ or a cup of low fat cottage cheese.

              if i woke up during nite time, i would down a scoop of whey with some water.

              some days cals would be alot higher, some days a bit lower. I had 1-2 high carb days with mod protein and low fat in addition each week.
