    90x10!!! THIS HURT ALOT!!!

    5. High Bar BB'er Squats
    500x15!!!

    Doing SLDL right before going so hard on the squats was a dumb idea since I am still out of shape. I did ok but it was painful. Overall a good session again.

      Future, how do you like the Strive machines? Also, where in the ROM to you prefer to place the most resistance?

        Well, I don't like biceps at all but it was ok. Really hard. I put it on the lower pin. hard to squeeze but ok.
