    Finally! My full 10 days off from training has ended today!

    I`m back on track with a new program, ready to BLAST every piece of iron that comes in my way! It`t time to beat all records from the past and start growing beef like crazy...

    Thank you guys.. this board gives me extra motivation to do so

            Yeah I know what you mean! However, I`m not going to try and beat my logbook just yet. I guess I`ll use slightly lighter weights on my first couple of workouts. I`ll beat that damned logbook in no time anyway!

            Wouldn`t you say this is the right aproach? Or do you seriously mean I should proceed where I left off before my break?

                  King, Since you are coming off a cruise, you most likely will not have the same strength as when you finished the last blast, but the weights will come up fast and you will surpass where you left off in no time at all, good luck...
